By Car

Iona Beach House is situated 10 minutes south of Chichester, just off of the A286 that runs through East Wittering village. When approaching Chichester you will usually do so via the A27 - part of the Chichester by-pass. The Witterings are signposted on the A27. Follow the signs to East Wittering. (We will give you complete instructions when you book).

By Train

The nearest station is Chichester. If you let us know your arrival time we will come and pick you up if we are available. If not, there are taxis at the station.

- When retreats are held elsewhere, we will notify people at the time, as to where they will be held.

Arrival and Depature information

The 4 day retreat starts with your arrival at 11.30 am on the first day, and you will be departing at 4.30pm on the fourth day after your third juice.

The 7 day retreat normally starts with your arrival at 3.30pm, in time for the afternoon juice, and finishes on the final morning, after you have been re-introduced back to food at break-fast time.
