By Car

Nash Manor is situated off the B2135 (Horsham Road) about half a mile from the junction with the A283. They are signposted on the road (brown sign) and are located on the right at the end of a private lane past the sheep grazing in the field.

By Train

The nearest train station is in Shoreham-By-Sea, and you will have to get a taxi fro there.

Arrival and Depature information

The 4 day retreat starts with your arrival at 11am on the first day, and you will be departing at 4.30pm on the fourth day after your third juice.

By Car

Brook House is situated 10 minutes south of Chichester, just off the A286 that runs through West Wittering village.When approaching Chichester you will usually do so via the A27 - part of the Chichester by-pass.

The Witterings are signposted on the A27. Follow signs to West Wittering until you come into a small village (this takes about 10 minutes having left the A27). Not far after the shops you will see a sign on your right that says 'To the Beach' - opposite The Old House at Home Pub.

Turn right here towards the beach and immediately on your left hand side behind the phone box you will see a gravel path.Turn left here and follow the path to the end where you will see the 'Brook House' sign and entrance to the drive.

By Train

The nearest train station is in Chichester. If you let us know your arrival time we will come and pick you up if we are available. If not, there are taxis at the station.

Arrival and Depature information

The 7 day retreat normally starts with your arrival at 3.30pm, in time for the afternoon juice, and finishes on the final morning, after you have been re-introduced back to food at break-fast time.
