4 Day Retreats

These are held in West Wittering at Brook House or in East Wittering at Iona Beach House. These venues are close to the beach (Iona is 100m away), & therefore afford great opportunities for long walks along the beach itself (or along the Chichester harbour estuary, when at Brook House).

Treatments

As well as the juices, broth, meditation and yoga etc, you will receive 3 treatments included in the price. The treatments vary dependant on the retreat site but can include:

Arrival and Departure

The 4 day retreat starts with your arrival at 11am on the first day, and you will be departing at 4.30pm on the fourth day after your third juice.

Directions

Brook House is situated 10 minutes south of Chichester, just off of the A286 that runs through West Wittering village. When approaching Chichester you will usually do so via the A27 - part of the Chichester by-pass. The Witterings are signposted on the A27. Follow the signs to West Wittering until you come into the small village. (This takes about 10 minutes having left the A27). Not far after the shops you will see a sign on your right that says 'To West Wittering Beach' (Opposite The Old House at Home Pub).

Turn right here towards the beach and immediately on your left-hand side behind the phone box you will see a shingle path. Turn left into here and follow path to the end where you will see the 'Brook House' sign and the entrance to the drive.

Iona Beach House is found a little further around in East Wittering. Directions to be sent to you when you book.

The nearest station is Chichester. If you let us know your arrival time we will come and pick you up if we are available. If not, there are taxis at the station.
