4 Day Retreats

These are held at the Nash Manor Hotel in Steyning, West Sussex (directions) or in West Wittering.

Nash Manor is situated amid the rolling hills of the South Downs. Set in its own beautiful gardens with many unique features, including its own healing stone circle and labyrinth, it is an ideal place to relax and unwind.

Treatments

As well as the juices, broth, meditation and yoga etc, you will receive 3 treatments included in the price. The treatments vary dependant on the retreat site but can include:

• Homeopathy
• Structural Rebalancing
• Reflexology
• Detox Aromatherapy Massage
• Aqua Detox
• Colonic Irrigation

Skin brushing, hydrotherapy and zapping for parasites are also suggested to support the detoxification process.

Other treatments available at an extra cost are:

• Thai Yoga Massage
• Reiki Healing
• Relaxation, Therapeutic or Sports Massage

These treatments are booked and paid for once you are at the retreat.

Arrival and Departure

The 4 day retreat starts with your arrival at 11am on the first day, and you will be departing at 4.30pm on the fourth day after your third juice.

Directions

If the retreat is being held at Nash Manor, it is situated off the B2135 (Horsham Road) about half a mile from the junction with the A283. It is signposted on the road (brown sign) and located on the right at the end of a private lane past the sheep grazing field. The nearest railway connection is Shoreham-by-Sea, and you will have to get a cab from there. For those of you coming from much further away, Gatwick is the nearest airport.
